Terms of Service

Welcome to AeroTune ("App"), developed and operated by Volkan ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using AeroTune, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Your use of AeroTune is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

1. Description of Service

AeroTune is a music player application for iOS that provides playback, library organization, equalizer controls, animated music rooms, visualizers, widgets, and related features for locally stored music, the user's media library, and Apple Music content where available and authorized by Apple.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use AeroTune. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. User Content and Music Files

• AeroTune plays audio files stored locally on your device or transferred via WiFi Sync, and may play authorized Apple Music catalog content.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to play, store, transfer, edit, or otherwise use music files and other content within the App.
• We do not host or distribute copyrighted music. Apple Music catalog content is provided and streamed by Apple under your Apple Music subscription and Apple's terms.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Plans: AeroTune offers Monthly and Yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, plus a one-time Lifetime purchase, to unlock premium features ("AeroTune Pro").
• Lifetime purchase: The Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase and does not automatically renew.
• Billing: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Standard EULA and payment terms.
• Prices and taxes: Prices are displayed in the App Store purchase interface before confirmation and may vary by country, currency, and applicable taxes. Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple Account.
• Auto-renewal: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple because we do not process payments. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Free trials: If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. Eligibility and the exact trial terms are displayed by Apple before purchase confirmation.

5. WiFi Sync

• WiFi Sync allows you to transfer music files from a computer on the same local network.
• Transfers are protected by a PIN code. You are responsible for keeping this PIN secure.
• File transfers occur over your local network only. We do not transmit or store these files on external servers.
• A maximum file size limit of 500 MB per transfer applies.

6. Third-Party Services

Certain features may rely on Apple Music, iTunes, LRCLIB, Firebase Crashlytics, and RevenueCat. The availability and accuracy of third-party content and services are not guaranteed and may be governed by the respective provider's terms. We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, or removal of third-party services beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

AeroTune's code, original design, graphics, animations, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the App's functionality.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroTune is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App or any third-party service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or device functionality arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to AeroTune where permitted by law, including in response to unlawful use or a material violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends, subject to any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
