AeroTune ("App") is developed by Volkan ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
1. Our Core Principle
AeroTune is designed to be a privacy-first app. Your music files, listening history, equalizer preferences, and playlists are stored on your device. We do not have access to your personal music files or listening habits. When you request lyrics or automatic metadata, limited track information is sent to the provider needed to complete that request.

3. Third-Party Services
AeroTune uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:
a) Firebase Crashlytics (Google)
- Purpose: Crash detection and other diagnostics used to improve app stability and functionality.
- Data collected: Device model, OS version, crash stack traces, other diagnostic data, and an anonymous installation identifier.
- AeroTune does not provide Crashlytics with your name, email address, or a custom user ID.
- This data is not used for advertising or tracking and is not linked to your identity by AeroTune.

b) RevenueCat
- Purpose: Subscription and in-app purchase management, including purchase restoration.
- Data collected: Anonymous app user ID, purchase receipts, purchase history, and subscription status.
- AeroTune does not provide RevenueCat with your name, email address, advertising identifier, or payment details.
- This data is used for app functionality, is not used for tracking, and is not linked to your identity by AeroTune.

c) LRCLIB and Apple Music/iTunes
- Purpose: Fetch lyrics and correct track metadata when you request these features.
- Data sent: The track title, artist, duration, or search query needed to find a match.
- Your audio files and listening history are not uploaded to these services.
d) Apple (App Store)
- All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.

4. System Photo Picker
- AeroTune accesses only photos you explicitly select through the iOS system photo picker.
- Selected photos remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
- AeroTune does not access your contacts or camera.
5. WiFi Sync
- WiFi Sync transfers music files between your computer and device over your local network only.
- No data is sent to our servers or any external service during WiFi Sync.
- Transfers are protected by a randomly generated PIN code.
6. On-Device Storage
The following data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms:
- Music library metadata, including titles, artists, and albums
- Listening history (the last 500 records)
- Playlists and equalizer presets
- Theme and music room preferences
- Sleep timer settings
This locally stored data is not transmitted, except for the limited track lookup terms described above when you request an online feature. On-device data is removed when you delete the App.
7. Children's Privacy
AeroTune does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data processed through third-party services. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access: Request information about data collected about you.
- Deletion: Request deletion of data associated with your device.
- Opt out: Stop future crash reporting by uninstalling the App.
Since user content is stored on-device, you have direct control over it. Deleting the App removes locally stored App data.
10. Data Retention
- Crash reports: Retained by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days.
- Purchase records: Retained by RevenueCat in accordance with its privacy policy, legal obligations, and as necessary to provide subscription management and purchase restoration.
- On-device data: Retained until you delete the App.
11. International Users
If you use AeroTune outside Turkey, crash report and purchase data may be processed in countries where Google and RevenueCat maintain servers.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." We encourage you to review this page periodically.
